Since its foundation in 1993, the Law Office of TOMAN, DEVÁTÝ & PARTNERS have been rendering legal services of a high standard both to Czech and foreign clientele. It has become known particularly for providing practical and successful legal advice in the environment of constant changes in legal regulations. Today the Law Office of TOMAN, DEVÁTÝ & PARTNERS represents a number of long-term clients in various legal areas.              

As to the litigation matters the law office offers its clients primarily a loyal and sophisticated defence of their rights by employing all the available legal means. Persistence and vehemence in enforcing client’s rights are the principles, which have proven effective in the existing practice of the office. None of the lawyers of the Law Office of TOMAN, DEVÁTÝ & PARTNERS are subject to any disciplinary proceedings held by the bodies of the Czech Bar Association or the Slovak Bar Association.
