JUDr. Jan NEKOLA

Education
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at University of West Bohemia in Pilsen in 1998. From 1999 until 2000 he undertook an 18-month residential study stay in Sydney.

Career
In mid-2000 he entered the law firm TOMAN, DEVÁTÝ & PARTNEŘI as an articled clerk, and has been working there as a barrister since 2003.
He provides clients of the law firm with legal services mainly in the fields of litigation. He also specialises in bankruptcy law and seeking satisfaction of claims, including connected criminal law proceedings.
He is the author of a series of legal standpoints that have become the foundation for pro fundamental decisions by authorised representatives in important state and private institutions.

Other activities
He is a member of the municipal council in Jíloviště.
