Mgr. Jan ŠMÍD

Education
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Western Bohemia University in Pilsen, where he completed a regular Masters degree. In 2004 – 2005 undertook study stay at Faculty of Law at University Passau in Germany.

Career
In 2008 he entered the law firm TOMAN, DEVÁTÝ & PARTNEŘI as an articled clerk, and has been working there as a barrister since the same year. He provides clients of the law firm with legal services mainly in the fields of litigation and contractual proceedings. He specialises in commercial and civil law and also in copyright law.
