A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague.

Career
Before joining the law firm of TOMAN, DEVÁTÝ & PARTNEŘI in 2005, he worked for a long period in central state administration bodies, including the Czech Security Information Service (the BIS) as department head. Twelve years before joining the law firm he worked in banking at Česká spořitelna, a.s., Konsolidační banka Praha, s.p.ú. and Česká konsolidační agentura, where from 1999 to 2005 he was head of the legal section and subsequently the legal support section.
In the law firm, apart from activities focused on the fields of banking and business law, he participates in organising and managing complex legal activities provided to clients in the fields of banking and financial institutions, and is involved in the administrative running of the firm.
