Mr. Kořistka lost his case
Civil Democratic Party, represented by our Law office, has won an action concerning protection of good reputation against former Member of Parliament Zdeněk Kořistka. Kořistka brought a charge of bribery against CDP. According to still not legitimate decision, Kořistka has to apologize and pay 100.000,- czech crowns as damages.
