Mgr. Jan Šmíd became a member of the the TOMAN, DEVÁTÝ & PARTNERS law team in January 2008. Jan get experience mostly in Business Law, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, EU Law, Public Procurement and Litigation. Jan speaks Czech, English and German.
