I would like to inform you that I have transferred my firm – JUDr. Petr Toman, Attorney-at- Law, bar association number 0685, company identification number 42426570, tax identification number 6203031890, whose subject of business is rendering of legal services under Act No. 85/1996 Coll. on Advocacy, into a new incorporated company with effect as from January 2, 2009:

incorporated in the Commercial Register in Prague, maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, Insert No.: 145912

account number remains unchanged.

This limited liability company was established under § 15 of Act No. 85/1996, Coll. on Advocacy. Its only subject of business is rendering of legal services in the same extent as it has been performed till now. Attorneys-at-Law, who have been its partners (JUDr. Petr Toman, JUDr. Jaroslav Novák, PhD. a JUDr. Roman Polášek), continue rendering legal services, however, on behalf of the company and on its account. Other co-operative Attorneys-at Law, shall render their legal services in an unchanged extent on the basis of a substitute power of attorney. Thus, this change will not affect the rights and obligations of any of our existing clients or other business partners.

In accordance with § 477 of the Commercial Code, we hereby inform you that all existing rights and obligations of JUDr. Petr Toman, Attorney-at-Law shall be transferred as from  January 2, 2009 onto the company TOMAN, DEVÁTÝ & PARTNEŘI advokátní kancelář, s.r.o. The consent of the creditor with the transfer of obligations is not required, however, JUDr. Petr Toman shall guarantee fulfilment of the transferred obligations of our new company.
