This case represented a contest between the constitutionally guaranteed rights on both sides of the dispute. CME Case (2005)

In this case our efficient defence of the rights and interests of our client – a foreign investor and the owner of TV NOVA contributed to the fair untangling of the case. Protection of the interests of foreign investors is one of the basic principles we respect.
