SERVICES

The lawyers of the Law Office of TOMAN, DEVÁTÝ & PARTNERS are recorded in the register kept by the Czech Bar Association, for rendering a full scope of legal services in the territory of the Czech Republic in compliance with Act No. 85/1996 of the Collection of Laws, on Advocacy. Legal services provided by them are not subject to any time or material limitations within the system of law of the Czech Republic.

JUDr. Petr Toman is also listed in the register of lawyers kept by the Slovak Bar Association.

The objective of the services provided by the law office is a satisfied client, who will receive legal service of the highest quality at the agreed price. Concentration on the quality of service and client satisfaction manifests itself in time and personal flexibility of individual lawyers and junior lawyers.

Services are provided within the office by a particular lawyer assigned to the client and at the same time possibly by a junior lawyer, who after an agreement with the client deals with the issue within the office. Expertise is ensured by consulting with other specialists within the office as well as outside it.

Services are provided within the scope of litigation cases on one side and contractual and other legal matters on the other. For many clients, in view of long-term co-operation, legal services are rendered in both fields.
