The experience acquired by years of representation in litigations contributed to the large increase in the number of enquires from our clients requesting our analytical services, such as legal analyses, due diligence and similar. In the past years we carried out a number of legal audits, legal opinions and legal analyses not just for private entities, but also for administrative agencies as well as governmental and international institutions.

In the area of due diligence we have experience in the acquisition of large companies and also real estate, development and building projects. None of the conclusions of our due diligence have ever been found to be incorrect or a matter at issue.
