DECREE OF FLAT FEE APPLICATION

Reimbursement of costs of court proceedings is governed in our country by the Decree of the Ministry of Justice No. 484/2000 Coll. This approach is different from some foreign regularisations, where the reimbursement of costs of court proceedings is determined on the court deliberation taking into account the actually expended costs. The amount of the lump sum reimbursement is based on the type of court proceedings and the value of the item at issue.
