OUR PRICE POLICY

The law office of TOMAN, DEVÁTÝ & PARTNERS prefers hourly rates in negotiating remuneration for legal representation. Such remuneration is based on the number of hours worked by individual lawyers or junior lawyers on a particular case. It is charged per every commenced hour of providing legal services. The rates are negotiated individually depending on the case complexity and other factors. Moreover, the hourly rates differ among individual lawyers according to the experience; the junior lawyer’s fee may be reduced.

All clients receive invoices and detailed breakdowns of work to show what was done for them, when, by whom, how long it took and the results of the work. If the client disagrees with the content of the invoice he is entitled to file a complaint within 30 days. Subsequently, the complaint will be settled in co-operation with the lawyer, whose activities the complaint relates to, and with the office manager.

Since we are registered for the value added tax, the invoices obviously contain all the particulars of a tax document.
